Brett Lilley

Brett is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach with years of gym experience and a strong focus on helping athletes improve both in the gym and in their chosen sport. He holds a degree in Human Performance Sports Science and competes in CrossFit at an elite level. Passionate about continuous learning, Brett stays up to date with the latest research, techniques, and training methods to help others achieve their goals. His aim for this class is to help JLDC athletes understand the benefits of Strength and Conditioning for Cheer, giving them a competitive edge for next season.
